Expertise
All our cases are handled by experienced lawyers with specialist knowledge of personal injury law. Our Department is headed by a Solicitor/Partner who is a Member of the Association of Personal Injury Law (APIL) and an Accredited APIL Senior Litigator.

Funding
While Legal Aid is not generally available for personal injury claims, we offer a range of methods of funding claims to suit individual circumstances. These include representing claimants under the terms of legal expenses insurance and offering Conditional Fee Agreements (popularly referred to as “no win no fee”) in suitable cases. We will advise Clients fully on which funding method is best for them.
